Fresh Start CPR LLC provides CPR, AED, first aid, and related health and safety training courses, along with informational content on this website. Course availability, schedules, pricing, and certification requirements may change at any time.

10. Dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter in the Collin County, Texas courts identified above. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act that cannot be waived by agreement.
